Adobe often raises prices on their subscriptions, so people tend to look for ways to either save money or get the software for free.

Can I get the Adobe Creative Cloud for free?—theoretically, you can, but it's illegal.

There are some gray areas when it comes to getting Adobe CC for free, such as:

• Using pirated versions of older Adobe software (not CC).
• Setting up new trials every week (abusing the 7-day free trial).
• Sharing a subscription with a friend and splitting the cost of a license.

I wouldn't recommend doing any of the above because, first and foremost, it's all illegal and you risk having your Adobe account terminated.

Second, you will lose access to new features, instant updates, and the ability to store files in the Creative Cloud, among other benefits.

Adobe Creative Cloud Discounts

I began my graphic design career with a pirated version of Adobe Photoshop 6 and pirate Adobe creative cloud apps, but I would not recommend doing so today.

Back then, the only way to get Adobe software was to purchase a license (CD's back then) that used to cost thousands of dollars.

If you wanted to upgrade the following year, you had to pay again for the new version.

With today's online subscription plans, almost anyone can now afford Adobe software, and if you can't, just start with a 7-day free trial.

It's also worth noting that the 7-day time limit is the only limitation!

This means that you can create and save your designs as long as you do so within those 7 days.

Test it out for 7 days for free, then decide which discount is best for you.
